Endnote: creating reference lists for each chapter in one Word document

Useful tip for journal format of thesis. If you want to have multiple reference lists (for example after every chapter), you go to your EndNote > Edit >  Output Styles > New Style/Edit "xxx" then on the left you have "Sections" and you can click "create a bibliography for each section". Then in your Word documents make section page breaks after each References in each chapters. > Page Layout > Breaks > Next Page Go to EndNote in Word and update citations and bibliography with the right style. Works!

But better to keep it on-line, so other googlers can find it, too ;) Thanks for  http://randomthesisstuff.blogspot.co.uk/  useful! Another great one -  http://www.keepcalmandpublishpapers.com/ So PyMOL,  alternative conformation . See here -  https://pymolwiki.org/index.php/Property_Selectors#Alternate_Locations Alternatively in  Phenix  - Model tools - pdb tools - options - remove alternate conformers, but it gave me the same output as PyMOL, conformation A, not higher occupancy. You can do it in  Coot , but then (probably?) have to go from residue to residue (with double occupancy), I didn't find how to do it for...
